4. Additional Fees
Optional add-ons are available to enhance your tour experience. These can include extra activities, upgrades, photo packages, and equipment rentals. Add-ons selected during checkout will be added to your total booking cost.
5. Payment Terms
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. Payment options include credit card and bank transfers. Credit card payments incur a 4% processing fee.
6. Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments and wire transfers. Credit card information can be submitted securely online or by phone. For wire transfers, we provide bank details after booking. You are responsible for any wire transfer fees.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before the tour start date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days and may be subject to bank transfer fees.
8. Use of Media
Epic Easy Trips reserves the right to use photos, videos, and testimonials from our tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your media used, please notify us in writing before your tour begins.
9. Personal Risk
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. Epic Easy Trips is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your tour. This includes but is not limited to accidents, natural disasters, and health issues.
10. Termination of Service
Epic Easy Trips reserves the right to terminate service without refund if any illegal activities or misconduct are observed. This includes use of illegal substances, providing false information, and harassment of staff or other guests.
11. Marijuana Use
While marijuana is legal in Jamaica for personal use, guests are responsible for complying with local laws. Epic Easy Trips does not facilitate the purchase or use of marijuana.
12. Smoking and Drinking
Smoking and drinking are permitted only in designated areas. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and adhere to local laws regarding alcohol consumption.
13. Alcohol Consumption Age
The legal drinking age in Jamaica is 18. Guests under 18 are not permitted to purchase or consume alcohol. You must adhere to this law and may be asked to provide ID.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under Jamaican law.
